Work takes up the largest part of our waking moments as an adult and being able to be comfortable and effective at work is vital to health and wellbeing. Whether you feel anxious about taking on new challenges or find that you are not able to thrive in your place of work, we can help. Many of the people we work with are being held back from achieveing great things, by the ways that they motivate themselves and by the way that they manage the challenges and opportunities that are presented to them - sometimes this is becuase of their own internal critic or becuase they feel stuck in a repeating pattern of being under-valued or over-looked. Managing yourself in relation to others and developing a healthy and motivating realtionship with yourself is something that we see as key to increasing your ability to be great in your chosen field.
