Addictions and Stubborn Habits
Many of the people who come to us use cocaine, cannabis, alcohol, nicotine and prescription drugs. You may use other substances or have other habits, such as gambling, checking or counting, paying for sex or ritual cleaning. We understand that these often become costly (in many ways) and can lead to other problems. Learning to delay the gratification that you experience when you do these things, and finding other ways to achieve that feeling of being in control or being successful or being excited, is achieveable and sustainable.
